Inspired by our adult cycling classes, our kids' class provides the sweaty fun that the adult classes do with an emphasis on kid-sized fun! The kids pedal their way to fitness goals using music and instructor inspiration to guide them along their journey. Please be sure to check with a cycle instructor prior to class to ensure a proper fit on the bikes. The circuit training portion of our class provides a variety of exercises that will change with each class. Our emphasis is on learning how your body moves and teaching it to meet optimal challenges.
Kidsercise racquetball focuses on basic skills of the game. This class is great for kids new to racquetball but wanting to learn the basics.
Pilates for Kids
Pilates can guide kids to a stronger body and more relaxed state of mind. Working to strengthen their bodies can increase children's self-esteem, endurance, and abdominal strength. Your child will benefit from learning basic Mat Pilates exercises by increasing flexibility, greater concentration, improved social skills, and physical strength. Through interactive games and exercises, kids will learn basic Pilates Mat exercises and much more.
Kids Got Grit
Our Kid’s Got Grit class provides a variety of strength and cardio exercises that will change with each class. The class emphasizes exercises using your own body weight, light hand weights, and basic equipment that can also be found at home.
