$Group Equipment$this is a small group training class where you can work on the Pilates machines. If you have taken Pilates mat classes this would like to move to the next step in the Pilates work this is it! We work on the same Pilates Principles on the equipment as you would in a mat class. We work on the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair, Spine corrector, Ladder Barrell and Pilates Springboard. The class is limited to 5 people.
