Group Cycling Schedule
Class Requirements:
- Please bring water with you.
- Bring a sweat towel.
- Wearing hard-soled cycling shoes is recommended.
First time participants: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to get set up. Work at your own level and listen to your body.
Inform instructor of any medical considerations before class.
Beginners: Please pop into any class and participate for 10-20 minutes, stretch and go! Slowly work up to completing the entire class. Let your instructor know your intentions.
Ride Card Only Classes: Saturdays at 7:30 am and weekdays at 12:15 pm are Ride Card Only classes. To ensure your spot please pick up a reservation card at the Service Desk.
Monday 4:45pm Video Ride class features a ride while viewing a featured destination to cycle thru. Enjoy these on the 2nd week of every month.
